We are seeking a third roommate for our spacious house in Princeton. The house is located in Princeton very close to the Princeton Junction train station, less than ten minutes from Princeton University, and close proximity to Route 1. The house is fully furnished but feel free to bring your own furniture (we can put ours in the basement). As the pictures show, the house is spacious and has big windows throughout, which provides lots of natural light. It has central heating and A/C. We have a large backyard with a stone firepit and a large front yard. There is a parking spot available in the driveway. Washer and dryer in the basement. The open room has one and a half closets, two windows, and wooden floors (same as throughout the rest of the house). You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates. The two roommates are young professionals (male and female) and prefer another young professional. We both currently work from home. One of us works for a nonprofit education foundation in Princeton. She will probably start working back at her office in the summertime. The other roommate is a piano teacher and teaches in the late afternoon into early evening (makes sound so could be distracting if you need a lot of quiet during those hours). We are both very clean people and we need a roommate who will keep up with routine housework (dishes, etc.) without having to be reminded. We enjoy making meals together, watching tv/movies, gardening, yoga, and taking walks (great neighborhood for walking). We're looking for a roommate who might enjoy similar things. We have a small cat (spends a lot of time outdoors) and a puppy (currently six months old). We prefer no additional pets. The rent is $835 plus utilities (gas, electric, water, internet, and a monthly cleaning service). We also need a security deposit. Our current roommate is moving out at the end of March/beginning of April, so we're looking for someone to start then.
