Selling a Used Sony Walkman WM-10 Stereo Cassette Player. Produced in 1983. Metal case is in very good overall condition. Some scuffs and dents are to be expected and some of the plastic parts of the walkman are broken.The unit plays very well. Fast forward and reverse only stay on for a couple seconds when pressed. Not sure of the issue. Battery door is intact. But does not stay in place because of the broken side area. Plastic or glass front is beginning to unglue on one side of the lid. Drive belt has been replaced and has been cleaned in side. It is one the best playing units I've repaired. With very little "Wow and Flutter". It has been checked with a 3 khz test tape. It's a little fussy about battery brand because of some light corrosion on the negative terminal. I'm shipping a brand new Duracell Optimum battery with it. Unit plays pretty well with that brand. Some brands of batteries are more flat on the end of the battery which the Duracell is not so much. Battery helper for removal of battery has come off; it will ship with it.Dolby NR and Tape Type switches work well, as does the volume control. Keep in mind that this model will not work unless headphones are plugged in.Will be shipped with an old carrying case that it fits into well.Along with a good condition strap. The belt clip has a broken ear where it connect to one side of the strap.(broken ear not shown)Carefully Examine Pictures.This is an honest description.Thank you for Reading!
