Job
Summary:
Position interacts with the Finance, Cash Management, Accounting, Asset Management and Legal teams.
Responsible for the preparation of payment, filing of compliance, and communication internally and with lenders and bank agents Essential Duties/
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process payments due under various debt agreements.
Reconciliation of debt and interest balances with in the SAP accounting system.
Review credit agreements, file compliance in accordance with credit agreements, indentures, etc.
Interact with the internal cash management, asset management and accounting groups.
Maintain debt related information within the Integrity cash management system.
Preparation of budgeting and forecasting information for debt and interest outstanding.
Maintain oversight of Nuclear Decommissioning Trust investments and reporting.
Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Other duties and projects as they arise Working Conditions:
Remote work environment with expectation that NRG will return to partial time in office in 2021Some overtime required as during monthly, quarterly and annual close process and as special projects arise.
Travel - not expected Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field3 or more years' experience in Corporate Treasury or related experienceProficient in MS Office suite Preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
