Responsibilities:
Manages the technical development of Fine Fragrance projects in line with fine fragrance standard operating procedures Definition of edt formula as per VOC recommendations Performs with autonomy all global standard operating procedures for fine fragrance technical development including stability risk assessment, definition of stability test plan, run all operations related to stability test management and assessment, communication of edt formula and stability results with a recommendation in terms of best stabilized version to consider Requests fragrance formula modifications to perfumers and formula administration when needed May develop color formulations in edt Provides technical guidance to the internal clients (account managers, perfumers, FDMs) and the external clients as needed Manages technical issues in edt with the guidance of the laboratory manager with the clients' R&D teams Prepares samples for line extensions Manages pro-active technical studies with the guidance of the laboratory manager, reports results with presentations and written documents May supervise trainees, apprentices and laboratory technicians Requirements:
BS or MS in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, or related field 1 to 2 years of professional experience Outstanding Organization and Communication skills (Oral and Written) We value:
