Responsibilities:
Manage, Coach Chemists in development /problem solving relating to client needs and requests per Firmenich core values.
Develop personal contacts with key technical personnel at strategic customers locally and globally.
Set and ensure execution of regional strategy in alignment with the Global Technology Development/Deployment strategy of FF mandate Ensure strategic alignment with all FF scientific communities:
processes, reporting, communication and expertise.
Ensure alignment with Leadership objectives to grow Prestige Air Care and Alternative Luxury fragrance gesture capabilities and know how Provide technical support to FDDs, FDMs and perfumers.
Implement, test and validate new processes and new methods in collaboration with the Global FF Technology Development Group, Research, or other (external) technology suppliers; Ensure the Technical Team delivers the highest level of technical service possible to internal and external clients to ensure business continuity and for the development of high quality, competitive perfume systems in our client's product application.
Building and developing the resources required to execute all the functions of a successful Technology Development Service Group for FF ZNA Assist VP in personnel selection, development, training and career planning in both the regional (and global) context.
Also, assist the VP in implementing strategy to engage/involve regional innovation community in the activities of the Technology Development FF ZNA to achieve the Business strategy and objectives.

degree in chemistry-related field:
chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry etc.
required; Advanced degree preferred Previous management experience within a Fragrance/Flavors, Personal Care or Consumer Products environment working on global brands preferred.
Experience managing and solving fragrance technical challenges and ensuring client requirements are implemented and fulfilled preferred Previous Project Management experience within a cross-functional, international and multi-cultural environment Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation plans We value:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
