Atrium Senior Living of Princeton, a 105 bed Assisted Living Center located in Princeton, NJ is seeking: Experienced, compassionate, self-motivated individuals who have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing, who will exercise independent judgment and discretion in assisting with the daily operations of the nursing department.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a current New Jersey License and fulfill licensing requirements of the State of New Jersey for a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Adhere to current nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as, applicable Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations in the state of NJ.
Ensure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained
Possess knowledge of current nursing and medical practices and procedures
Capable of functioning independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently
Ability to evaluate and make decisions in emergency situations to include fire, tornado, and other disasters.
Demonstrate leadership abilities and effective communications skills, organization and willingness to work harmoniously with other departments in the facility.
Extraordinary customer service skills to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, governmental agencies/personnel and the general public in all circumstances.
Available to work evenings, weekends, rotating holidays and inclement weather emergencies when necessary.
