Position
Summary:
Our Support Team Members have the opportunity to participate in small project teams to enroll, train and launch new members on our easy-to-use software solution. Other activities include marketing, support for conference exhibitions, communication, and new member development; just to name a few.
Essential Duties/
Responsibilities:
Assist our clients enroll and launch new members on our easy-to-use software system
Provide training and customer support to our client members.
Provide general office administrative support
Assist with marketing endeavors
Support conference exhibitions
Assist with business development
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:

Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Self-motivation and responsibility
Creative problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Demonstrated ability and comfort with learning to use software
The ability to effectively communicate and coach people from a wide variance of age groups and ethnic, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Project management experience is welcome
Experience with marketing, creating websites, graphic design, or teaching of adults - a plus!
IRB or other research administration experience is advantageous
