DKSH Luxury & Lifestyle North America, Inc. is the exclusive distributor for Swiss watch brands, Maurice Lacroix and Glycine. Our North American headquarters is based in Princeton, NJ and serves as the one-stop-shop solution for our business partners and private/VIP clients.
Our team is looking for an energetic customer service professional to strengthen our Princeton NJ based office. You must be highly driven and motivated, excited to work in our fast paced office, as the primary go-to person for all of our customers.

Responsibilities:
First Point of Contact: Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from our group of high end retailers and consumer base, advising on product, pricing and availability. Create and nurture account relationships, pro-actively service existing clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Order Processing: Ensure all customer orders, claims, credits & invoices are processed accurately and within a timely manner. Process orders and reserve inventory for photo shoots and tradeshows.
Shipping & Receiving: Filling customer orders according to standard operating procedures, using computer software to generate shipping labels, maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies, receiving and inspecting returned products.

Other responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Oversee incentive programs
Maintain & Update Sales Rep Order Platform
Have a thorough understanding of all product lines.
Professionally work hand in hand with inside & traveling sales team

Experience and Skills:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Ability to respond quickly and calmly in stressful situations, while communicating effectively and professionally
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Word and other based PC applications
SAP, SAGE experience a plus
Strong IT & problem solving skills


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
