Position Description:
CGI is seeking candidates for a Windows Server Engineer/Security Engineer position within our Regulatory Solutions Group (RSG). The Regulatory Solutions Group leverages the transformative potential of IT to partner with state and local regulatory agencies to make government processes more efficient through business process re-engineering, workflow automation, systems integration, and enhanced business intelligence.
Role Description
This position is part Server administration, part Security engineer.
Individual must have an in depth working knowledge of Windows Server 2008 operating system, and how to secure it from internet security threats.
Daily miscellaneous Windows server administration tasks will be a constant part of this role.
Must have ability to work with a team and on your own is necessary for this individual's success in this role. This is a geographically diverse project, and requires individuals to work daily with remote office team members and subcontractors. We are looking for self-starters that can be given a goal or task and follow it to completion, as well as analyze the current architecture and workflow, and find areas of improvement, and implement them.
Since the position could directly affect the image of the project to our clients, the candidate's professionalism must be apparent and consistent.
Required Skills:
Must be able to run and analyze security vulnerability scan reports, then design and implement a remediation/patch install maintenance plan on a weekly basis with no outside assistance, on production internet facing systems.
Must be able to analyze Windows and IIS7 log files, and detect security intrusions, or possible intrusion attempts, then design countermeasures to prevent future incidents.

years designing, installing and supporting Windows Server solutions. Particularly Server 2008.
Must have a working knowledge of Active Directory, and domain security policies.
Solid experience working with Microsoft core technologies (IIS7, Application Server role, DNS, Load balancing/Clustering)
Familiarity with web application architecture, some knowledge of HTML, PHP, other languages and tools
Good scripting knowledge (VB Script, Powershell, etc.)
Must have a good working knowledge of disaster recovery technologies (Disaster Recovery warm/hot sites/servers, backup software etc.)
Basic knowledge in SharePoint Server 2010 setup and configuration.
Solid understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite, and how it pertains to server to server traffic and firewall requirements and issues.
Must be able to create and maintain clear, accurate, reproducible documentation of server and environment configuration procedures.
Must have solid working knowledge of NTFS and share level permissions.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Client focused, able to work independently while interacting across different teams to accomplish projects and must be detail oriented.
Ability to interact with other business lines managers, technical staff and senior managers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Must be a team player and client focused.
Must be able to multi-task between projects.
Must have good documentation skills.

Additional desirable skills:
Proficiency in LDAP setup and configuration. Particularly AD LDS.
Experience working with remote datacenter servers in a managed environment.
Cisco firewall config knowledge.
Experience setting up and managing enterprise class SFTP solutions.
VMware or other server virtualization experience in a production environment.
Experience creating and executing maintenance plans of critical production applications and servers.
Cloud server architecture knowledge/IaaS.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience and 3 years' experience or a minimum of 6 years of directly related work experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
