## Position Summary

Reporting to the Head Coach of Men's Ice Hockey and the Head Coach of Women's Ice Hockey, the responsibilities of the Coordinator of Ice Hockey Operations at Princeton University include, but are not limited to the following:
MEN'S/WOMEN'S ICE HOCKEY OPERATIONS (60%)
Organize Alumni newsletter and events. (i.e: receptions, homecoming events, alumni game, reunions, etc.)
CARA forms
Enter schedules into 25 Live
Help with video set up and upload to EZ Exchange. Coordinate with camera operator and opponents to make sure all systems are up and running, pre-game.
Organize year end banquet
Travel Coordination - create team itinerary to distribute to players. Set up pre-game and post-game meals on the road
Arrange post game meals for Friday night home games
Organize summer hockey camps
Manage the recruiting database via recruiting radar software
Coordinate electronic and regular mailings
Coordinate unofficial and official visits with Head Coaches
Develop trip itineraries
Away travel coordinator (expected to travel with teams)
Responsible for administrative duties concerning alumni relations
Act as Liaison to Athletic Communications Office
Order office supplies
WOMEN'S ICE HOCKEY EQUIPMENT (40%)
Primarily women's ice hockey team support including: skate sharpening and equipment repairs, team bench support during games (skates, helmets, sticks, clock notice), laundry service, setup of team meals as necessary.
Maintaining an accurate inventory; disbursing and collecting equipment to/from team members.
Assisting in athlete fitting and assembling all equipment orders for women's ice hockey.
Travel with the women's ice hockey team to away contests and act as team manager while away.
Coordinate visiting team locker room assignments (equip locker room and greet visitors) for home.
Provide information to guests and outside users.
## Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Work
Experience: Extensive knowledge of ice hockey
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional computer skills
Strong Interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to multi-task
High level of integrity
Successfully pass and maintain AEMA certification within 1 year of being hired.
The ability to follow a flexible work schedule that varies season by season. Regular-time hours will include weekends, nights and holidays as needed by the Department.
Adhere to Ivy League and NCAA rules and regulations.
The final candidate will be required to pass a background check successfully.
