Pharma-Cruiting Life Sciences Executive Search is seeking a Solution Architect - Developer for our Life Sciences SaaS client in the Princeton area.
The Solution Architect - Developer will be responsible for the design and implementation of new functionality for our clients proprietary SaaS software serving the life sciences industry.
General Responsibilities:
Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
Acts as a liaison and communication channel between the development team, IT, sales, and support.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of complex technical systems and processes, with the ability to work with senior technical staff to help analyze, and architect, software and technical solutions
Maintain and develop excellent professional relationships

Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external customers to generate Solution Architecture, Interface Approach Document, Technical Design Specification documents
Experience of BizTalk 2010/2013 capabilities including messaging components, orchestrations, Business Rules Engine, Business Activity Monitoring, ESB Toolkit ( 2.0/2.1) etc.
Implementing and using custom pipelines/adapters.
In depth knowledge of company software. Understand implications of changes across the system.
Maintain, support, and develop company proprietary software
Responsible for planning, processing, and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with no assistance.
Ability to work closely, effectively and confidently with directors, account managers and others from the business.
Design and develop systems making specific determinations about system performance.
Fixing bugs promptly and efficiently.
Understand and be able to review and repair legacy code.
Responsible for analysis of current code including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem code and designing solutions.
Consistently produce quality, optimized code.
Can independently develop new features without supervision.
Consistently keeps all documentation up to date and to a high standard.
Able to design and optimize a SQL server database.
Understand the C# language, the dotNet framework and Visual Studio to expert level.
Understanding of the server set up at external hosting provider.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Biztalk 2013, C#,.Net, SQL Server and T-SQL, BizTalk, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, MS build, Web Services, Visual Studio
DESIRED SKILLS: SVN, Style Cop, N Unit, FxCop, MS build, SQL Performance, C# Performance, WCF, Web Services, PdfNet
EDUCATION REQUIRED Bachelors Degree, or equivalent, in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field
PROFESSIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS Microsoft Certification (MCE, MCP, etc) desirable
PREVIOUS
EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years .NET development experience
Minimum 3 years MS SQL Server experience
Experience in the use of Visual Studio and source control development packages
Demonstrated competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
