Model N, Inc. has openings for Solutions Architect in Princeton, New Jersey. Responsible for implementing and following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver end to end software solutions. Responsible for the development of technical reports, interfaces, data conversions, and customizations using software technologies like Oracle RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL and Cognos Report Studio and Framework Manager. Responsible for designing and coding of software applications involving software technologies using Oracle RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, and UNIX. Interpret business requirements and functional design documents and prepare Unit Test cases and implement traceability matrix to trace back test cases to requirements. Ensure software quality by conducting and supporting System Testing and User Acceptance testing cycles. Responsible for driving decisions pertaining to technical and functional configurations of the software application to meet the business requirements, along with ensuring best practices are followed and business processes are integrated. Work on application performance on large challenging implementations which have high data volumes and have short batch windows. Design and implement software customization to meet the dynamic business needs. Perform complex data analysis on Oracle RDMS using SQL enabling business to make informed decisions. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
REQUIREMENTS: Position requires Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
