Lead and complete Black Belt Projects

Assist National
manager
with CBPSP Best Practices Operation
Provide local training to Area Managers, Site Managers, Site Representatives, and other CBPS staff members on the Best Practices Initiatives including Fundamentals of Quality, Lean and Six Sigma.
Act as local resource for general information on Best Practices initiatives, including the dissemination of training materials, forms, software, and other published material.
Support the Directors, AM's and Sales Executives as appropriate in communicating Best Practices initiatives to current and prospective CBPS customers.
Develop & Manage Best Practices Tracking System. Input quarterly compliance tracking data for all accounts in assigned geographic area.
Provide local management reports to Directors and RVPs as required.
Conduct site audits of Best Practices compliance according to Director and/or RVP approved schedule.
Audit data collection systems at client locations
Audit Continuous Improvement Plans.
Manage bi-annual Fundamentals of Quality Audit
Provide guidance and support to start-ups and implementations
Support Best Practices implementation for client site start-ups
Facilitates kaizen
events
and develop continuous improvements plans
Support training staff in roll-out and on-going success of Fundamentals of Quality and CBPS MAX.
Provide training, mentoring and guidance to Region SMEs for the Fundamentals of Quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
Background with quality management systems such as Lean, TQM or Six Sigma is required.
Lean and/or DMAIC Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is required.

years Project management experience

years business process improvement experience
Technical experience required with a strong understanding of network concepts and operations
Advanced knowledge of all office equipment
Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
Strong understanding and experience with databases (Sequel/Oracle) preferred
Proficient with MiniTab
Excellent platform and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills at all management levels.
Strong project management skills
Excellent relationship management skills and a strong team approach to business
Ability to be creative and demonstrate sound judgment
Familiarity with a variety of operational concepts, practices and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Solid troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated expertise in applied statistical analysis
