Position Requirements:
BS Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related discipline.
Minimum of (6) years of pharmaceutical industry experience within Regulatory Affairs
Proven understanding of how regulatory guidelines pertain to product labeling, including interpretation of efficacy and safety data
Demonstrated expertise of regulatory principles governing advertising and promotion activities (OPDP)
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment as an individual contributor and a leader/mentor as evident by strong time management and organization skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills possessing the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
