Recruiting Coordinator Alexander Mann Solutions is currently looking for talented individuals to work as a Recruitment Coordinator onsite with one of our Pharmaceutical clients in Princeton,NJ. The Recruitment Coordinator is essential to providing a best-in-class experience to all those involved in our recruiting process. You will work with multiple Recruiters across various business units and provide administrative support to the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities/Major Areas of Accountability Organizing interviews (including video conferences/conference calls) on behalf of Consultants and confirming times with Candidates and Managers Supporting Hiring Managers in interviews where required by undertaking the following types of tasks (eg note taking, collection of necessary security paperwork) Management of recruitment technology including uploading job requisitions, Candidates, agencies/sources, interview notes,office administration required to support the efficient running of the recruitment process Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary. Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge Required To have the opportunity to develop your career in this role, you will need to have: At least 1-2 years prior work experience in a Recruiting or HR coordinator role Positive can-do attitude with excellent communication skills (oral and written) Ability to interact/work with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers across all levels Outstanding customer service skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as good prioritization and organizational skills Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems MYK62683JR

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
