Senior Process Engineer

This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing new semiconductor processes for both InGaAs and InSb material systems within the Semiconductor engineering group. The person will be responsible for creating new processes, performing yield analysis, and conceiving and executing corrective actions to enable next generation products. They will also be responsible for executing these processes for for low level production efforts.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Materials Science required
Ph.D. or Masters preferred

5 years hands-on experience in semiconductor processing, preferably in compound semiconductors, particularly optoelectronic devices. Ideally in InGaAs-based focal plane arrays. Knowledge in photolithography, etching, plating, polishing, and metallization. This
position
is an engineering level position, NOT a technician position. The ideal candidate would be the engineer with strong background on process integration, 6 sigma methodologies, photo-mask design, and device simulation experience.
The ability to work in an cleanroom and office environment
The ability to work around hazardous chemicals
The ability to work under a microscope and at a
computer
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Education Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Materials Science required
Yrs. of Experience - 5 years experience
Industry Experience - Semiconductor

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
