Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art (we'll teach you!) Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change Open to learning new things Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a satisfactory experience Greet guests promptly and take beverage orders Take orders from guests and input into POS, ensuring 100% accuracy Prepare and sell coffee drinks following Gregorys Coffee recipes and preparation techniques Maintain coffee bar inventory by replenishing coffee bean supply, coffee, brewing equipment Maintain expert knowledge of all menu offerings Be a team player--support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
