As the link between business functions and IT, these individuals will be accountable for evaluating and understanding existing processes to provide solutions that ensure realization of business value. Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for key transformation projects and processes,. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Assist in facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder buy-in. Experience with creating preserving work products and artifacts Understand a core system in the value chain (e.g. Duck Creek, D365) Process Improvement & Optimization Analyze current processes, and identify inefficiencies, and assist in developing recommendations for process re-engineering opportunities. Develop simple process documentation, including process maps and supporting documentation. Ability to gather and document the costs and benefits of implementing an opportunity Data Analysis & Reporting Understand the underlying data needed to inform recommendations Ability to navigate the dashboards and reports to monitor project progress, KPIs, and other key metrics Change Management & Training Understand and support change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Assist in developing training materials and support resources for end-users. Project Management Contribute to multiple projects concurrently as assigned, Escalate issues and risks as appropriate
Qualifications:

years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar role within the insurance, financial services, or other related industries Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present or lead discussions with various stakeholders. Passionate about delivering high-quality work products and output, demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and excellence. Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience working within cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess risks and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of performance. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
