Human Resources Senior Manager

This is a newly created position that will support the VP of HR and COO.
You will be responsible for supporting the employee populations in their Manufacturing plants.

They have been around for over 80 years and are well established in their industry.
Over the last few years they have experienced tremendous growth and are growing out their HR team.

Description

  • Designing & Implementing HR strategies alongside the VP of HR and COO
  • Lead employee & labor relations
  • Assist in the interviewing process
  • Create career progression for current employees
  • Development of compensation incentive and recognition program to attract and retain employees
  • Lead contract negotiations for Union workers
  • Develop & implement employee engagement activities
  • Assist with Training
  • Work with Managers on performance reviews and coaching conversations

Profile

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8-10 years of HR experience
  • 3
    years in Management role
  • Experience with working with Union & Non Union employees
  • Exposure to Manufacturing Company
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
