Summary:
This Associate Director of HCP marketing will be working on the US Oncology Genitourinary team, leading our adjuvant urothelial carcinoma (aUC) business.
BMS already has a leading presence in the aUC market with additional readouts later this year, potentially further expanding our indication.
The Associate Director would be responsible for managing both the existing HCP business and developing launch plans to support any upcoming data readouts, ultimately creating a cohesive business strategy with seamless execution.
This is an exciting opportunity to build on the foundation of an already successful digital campaign, re-think the traditional personal promotion approach, and further grow the aUC business.
Specifically, this individual would utilize data and insights to assess the market, identify key opportunities/barriers, translate insights into ambitious and actionable digital strategy, develop assets, and effectively execute tactical plans with cross-matrix partners.
Depending on the upcoming data readouts, this individual would also assess the need and build the business case for a personal promotion plan to complement the digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategy development and execution of current aUC businessLead or support the development of key launch HCP workstreams and tacticsLead and foster collaboration with cross-matrix partners (digital, patient marketing, medical, market research, insights/analytics)Align and coordinate US strategy, insights, activities with WW teamAlign key workstreams and internal stakeholders to ensure simple and clear messaging and solutions delivered to HCPs at critical pain points of customer journeyShape and coordinate market research to extract key, actionable customer insightsAs necessary, effectively engage the sales force and learning & development team to reinforce strategy, resources and executionManage agency and other vendors in development of promotional materials and tactics
Qualifications:
BA degree of equivalent is requiredMinimum of 3 years of relevant marketing brand management experience or equivalent (consideration will be given to previous oncology experience, but is not necessary)Experience developing and executing digital plans preferred, but not requiredA creative and independent thinker and someone that can triage and problem-solve, while showcasing effective decision-makingDemonstrated success in commercial roles and strong ability to engage key internal and external stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills ability to story-tell, strong presentation skills and adjusting communication style based on audience is a mustExperience working with and leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goalsDemonstrated ability to successfully navigate internal review (PReP) processesExperience in managing external resources and partners, including advertising agenciesDemonstrated experience in utilizing primary and secondary market researchComfort with and ability to comprehend and discuss clinical dataIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
