Role Overview:
The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Commercial Analytics role, provides a broad array of business analytics via well executed reports and scorecards for key stakeholders.
This role leads/partners with an offshore team to implement customer valuations, targeting and alignment.
Responsibilities/Competencies:
Implement a broad array of business analytics for key stakeholders - areas of responsibility include:
Customer Segmentation/AnalyticsSubnational sales, execution and claims analysesAd-hoc Analytics (inc.
major brand meeting support)Promotion Planning & Measurement (inc.
launch planning)Brand Performance AssessmentsSupports the application of fact-based decision-making for key market questions for BMS brands within a therapy portfolio, including robust support of new launchesManages the flawless execution / delivery of all Sales and Marketing scorecardsDirectly responsible for the pull through of brand and sales force strategic initiativesEnsure consistency of Customer Valuation and Sales Targeting processes, as well as Sales Force execution reportingEffectively collaborates with a broad set of cross-functional counterparts (including but not limited to Sales Operations, Field Analytics, Brand Analytics, Incentive Comp and Data Strategy) to achieve organizational objectivesProvide leadership in identifying and addressing gaps and opportunities in processesMonitor key metrics on a monthly basis to proactively identify trends, gaps and opportunitiesPrepare for addition of new therapeutic areas to ensure seamless integration into the processExecutes market/business analysis to improve value to our patients through deepened market understanding and practical applicationProactively manages flow of planned and ad hoc analytics requests, ensuring consistent quality and timeliness in delivery to business stakeholdersCoordinates support of Brand, Analytics and Field inquiries and ad-hoc requests related to field sales teamProvides input/feedback to improve and enhance capabilities related to analytics deliverables, including support of innovative data sourcesManage ambiguity by questioning data and/or stakeholder for further nuanced information.
Ability to operate on less than perfect data, by having a sound logical framework.

Qualifications:
BA/BS required (quantitative area of studypreferred)Senior Manager - 3

Years relevant experience Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of secondaryhealthcaredata (ie:
