Position SummaryThe Sr.
Manager, Web Channel will lead the development and execution of digital engagement strategies across web channel for the Commercialization IT organization.
The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful experiences that engage customers and drive business results.
The position will be responsible for the steady state of operations and production/ Publishing resources, implementing and managing the Operating Model, processes, and training documentation.
This role would be accountable for the planning and delivery of web channel capabilities to enhance customer experience and support marketing goals and objectives.
Additionally, the Web Channel Manager will analyze and improve organizational processes, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
This role will be responsible to shape the solutions that deliver the capability and drive continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital engagement strategies across web channels, primarily for website platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful experiences that engage customers and drive business resultsManage the development and implementation of web content, ensuring it is aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirementsAnalyze web analytics data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizationManage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery of digital engagement initiativesStay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital engagement and web channel managementDevelop and implement operating systems and work processes consistent with management philosophy and frameworkDefine and improve operational workflow, processes, and proceduresImplement continuous improvement strategies to operations that yield sustainable resultsManage all operational aspects of the area including productivity, planning, and daily business processesWork cross-functionally to achieve desired organizational resultsManage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce outstanding resultsSupport launch in new/nearby markets by sharing best practices, training new hires, etc.
Maintain professionalism through excellent organizational skills, timeliness, regular communication, and meeting deadlinesParticipate in other functional areas to resolve production problems and initiate corrective actionsMeet expected quality of service on maintenance and deployment of upgrades, enhancements, and modifications to operational systemsManage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in conjunction with OperationsDevelop a deep understanding of how to enter a market, how to manage a market, and how to onboard & train for successEnsure all personnel receive necessary and appropriate training for their job functionPromote and implement standards and proceduresDevelop/update/maintain necessary documents to onboard/train internal and external partnersExhibit strong leadership skills; experience successfully supervising and directing teamsLead standup of key components through fruition within the web capability area in line with business goalsIdentify high-value differentiating capabilities when making web capability tool(s) choicesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement such as increasing productivity or cost savingsWork with outsourcing partners and alignment vendors to ensure business requests, realignments, enhancements, product launches, and upgrades are accomplished in a timely mannerPartner with the cross functional matrix team with a primary focus on planning & delivery of web capabilities including innovation initiatives and a secondary focus on the enablement and simplification of web capabilities to drive effective customer engagement & experience.
