As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a portfolio of projects or initiatives to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Previously worked as developer/Architect. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the successful planning and execution of IT projects. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with other stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Practice, WMG, Talent Transformation, HR to ensure seamless delivery of commitment to customer with overall organizational objectives at centre. Define and maintain technical architecture standards, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency of IT systems. Provide oversight and guidance on system design and architecture decisions. Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. Implement and monitor code reviews and testing procedures to maintain high-quality deliverables. Work with HR and project managers to plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are available for current and future projects. Collaborate with finance and executive leadership to create and manage the engineering budget. Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency while minimizing costs. Identify and mitigate technical and project-related risks. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and minimize project disruptions. Evaluate third-party vendors and technologies to determine their suitability for integration into the organization's IT infrastructure. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts as needed. Strong understanding of IT systems, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving. Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
