Brand Management Work with the Director, External Communications to ensure that our corporate brand image is consistently represented and support key programs to enhance brand identity, including:
Ensuring that external and internal communications adhere to the company's established brand guidelines.
This includes overseeing the consistent use of logos, colors, fonts, and other brand elements across all platforms and materials.
This role will include reviewing and providing guidance on using the brand assets in line with the corporate identity.
Supporting the creation, review, usage and storage of brand assets such as images, icons, corporate brand templates, videos, fact sheets and other branding materials.
This requires coordinating with different functions including legal and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
Assisting various functions with their branding needs, such as providing branded materials for events, ad campaigns, recruitment programs, CSR and PA sponsorships, corporate communications, etc.
This also includes coordinating with an external agency or graphic designer and providing appropriate project management support to internal stakeholders on branding projects.
Employee Ambassador Program Work with the Director, External Communications, Manager, Social Media and the PR agency to support the execution of Genmab's employee advocacy program.
This will include providing project management support for excellence in execution, including:

Based on the input from the Director, External Communications, Manager, Social Media and the PR agency, support the training program for employee ambassadors.

Work with the agency to create and maintain a custom toolkit for ambassadors.
Work with Manager, Social Media and the agency on KPIs and periodic metrics reporting.
