Princeton Radiology Associates is a physician group practice providing diagnostic imaging services at ten imaging centers and two hospitals in New Jersey.
Princeton Radiology seeks an outgoing, organized, growth-minded marketing professional to join our high-achieving radiology group.
As a vital member of our team, you will be instrumental helping shape our future marketing success.
This role will span a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, encompassing everything from supporting social media efforts to coordinating events and materials.
Summary of Position:
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Department Team and outside marketing consulting company to support both internal and external marketing projects.
The responsibilities of this role include providing administrative assistance, coordinating and executing events, helping with digital marketing initiatives, tracking department projects, management of marketing collateral inventories and other marketing-related tasks.
Essential Job
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development and approval of marketing materials, provides feedback, suggestions, edits.
Support the marketing staff, ensure that marketing representatives are informed of pertinent organizational information, competitive information, campaign details, schedules, etc.
Manage inventory of marketing collateral materials, referral pads, and promotional supplies to ensure all office locations and marketing representatives are adequately supplied.
Visit offices/storage units monthly to ensure all materials are organized and updated.
Work with marketing leadership and external marketing agency to understand upcoming efforts and to support programs as directed.
Communicate marketing initiatives, social media and events calendars to all key internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and participate in community sponsorships and local events and support logistics including submissions to program books, ordering and distribution of event tickets, promotional supplies, etc.
Monitor comments on online review sites (such as Google and Facebook) to coordinate general responses and service recovery responses when necessary.
Support organization-wide service recovery needs through patient relationship management.
Manage fulfillment of various marketing programs.
Monitor company website and work with web developers to facilitate content and design changes to correspond to service programs and marketing initiatives.
Serve as writer/designer for quarterly internal company newsletter The Reading Room; develops content, manages staff submissions.
Coordinate photography for physician and manager photo shoots, annual calendar, and other initiatives.
Support marketing representative fieldwork; deliver materials to referring physician offices as needed.
Review, track, and approve marketing agency invoices; maintain ledger of marketing expenses.
Performs research on unmatched referring physicians NPI numbers and updates CRM system.
Assist leadership and marketing field representatives with data analytics and reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate's degree required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an academic credential.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing required.
Knowledge of healthcare and/or radiology a plus, but not required.
Ability to think strategically and tactically.
Positive, upbeat manner consistent with a strong customer service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including solid working experience with MS Office and CRM's.
Physical requirements:
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds to deliver boxes of marketing materials and other items as needed and to move and assemble items, such as display tables and structures, for setting up special events.
Licensed and proficient driver with a clean record.
