As an Office Manager, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.
You are responsible for working with customers via the phone and working with technicians to review daily work orders.

Responsibilities:
o Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner.
o Learning jobs/services and pricing them over the phoneo Customer and job data entryo Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services.
o Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service professionals.
o Speak with customers about additional services.
Job Requirements:
o Prior experience for a home service provider is a plus o Minimum two years admin experience - inside sales and customer service experienceo Strong written and verbal communication skillso Detail-oriented with strong data entry skillso Professional appearance and personalityo Team player who can work independently.
