About You:

year of administrative experience in an office setting Leasing experience required Expert organizational skills Proven ability to work quickly without ever sacrificing attention to detail Ability to learn processes and procedures quickly Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Day to Day:
Track unit availability by consistently reviewing inventory and updating the system Create applicant files and process applications, verify applicants, and submit information for approval Review, file and organize associated documentation and paperwork Answer all general inquiries from prospective and current tenants Oversee and manage office-wide calendar, consistently schedule meetings, tours and events This contract role is expected to last at least a month and will pay up to $21/hour depending on experience.
