Responsibilities Coordinating with cross-functional team members to make sure that all parties are on track with product release requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly Manage project progress and adapt work as required Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy Requirements BA/BS in related field, science degree ideal - Fresh outs OK! (Recent grads must provide copy of transcripts and/or copy of diploma.
This will be needed for onboarding if hired).
Must be able to work in a fast paced, high priority environment and be comfortable with shifting gears quickly with changing priorities Must have strong work ethic and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Documentation role supporting product release; will send out documents / emails, set up meetings associated with project, request product samples Good Organizational and documentation skills.
Strong computer skills.
Should possess strong work ethic and have good teamwork attitude.
