Our client, a specialties company, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting partners and providing administrative support to the entire office.
The ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality, strong organizational skills, and great time-management! Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Support the day-to-day responsibilities in the office and assist with working with vendors, booking travel, and preparing documents, and updating databases Answer incoming calls, report messages, and direct calls to correct departments Schedule meetings, use various web-based programs, and respond to phone calls/emails Help with quotes, proposals, and weekly reports Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
1 - 3 years of previous administrative experience Must work with a sense of urgency, and take initiative to complete admin tasks Ability to work independently with excellent time management Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent customer service, teamwork, and people skills Ability to accurately and timely execute and shift tasks Exceptional grammar and spelling skills Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
