Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities Serve as Executive Assistant to CEO & other executive team members Handle complex and changeable calendars, manage and prioritize high volume of meeting requests and scheduling tasks, make complex domestic and international travel arrangements, (create itineraries and agendas; schedule flights, transportation, lodging; coordinate calendars, appointments, meeting/event arrangements, and submit and track expenses) Above duties will include supporting Certara Board members (scheduling Board member travel arrangements and logistics in conjunction with all Board Member meetings) As an initial point of contact to employees, visitors, customers, executives and Board of Directors, represent the company in a professional manner conveying high integrity and strong customer service Responsible for the logistics & coordination of Corporate level events and event planning Actively stay informed of company policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to the functioning of the CEO & Certara leadership and provide guidance of such to applicable staff with relevant reminders of upcoming events and related deadlines.
Provide strong collaboration and teamwork skills while working with the full team across Certara Prepare and handle highly confidential correspondence Responsible for ensuring oversight of local office (Princeton or Philadelphia area, depending on candidate) including office supply management, food/beverage management, mail disbursement and other administrative tasks at the site level; will also serve as the office emergency contact

Demonstrated ability to plan & execute corporate level event planning/logistics Requires excellent planning/organizational skills & attention to detail (adhering to timelines, budgets, keeping logistics organized) Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with accuracy Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential information & use utmost discretion Ability to represent Certara with high levels of professionalism Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Excellent at (internal and external) stakeholder management Proactively and autonomously manages own workload Typing & Reporting skills Ability to anticipate needs & demonstrate resourcefulness in approach to problem solving, sometimes with limited information Requirements A minimum of 10 years of administrative support experience is required or equivalent relevant experience Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (e.
g.
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting technologies Organization skills and ability to establish and revise priorities within scope of responsibilities is required.
Ability to be flexible, adapt, respond to shifting priorities and be resourceful in a fast-paced and quick-changing business environment.
Ability to use good judgment and work independently, under minimal supervision is required.
Ability to demonstrate strong partnerships and collaborative work Will be primarily office based either at (Princeton, NJ or Blue Bell, PA) and may be occasionally required to travel to another office as needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
