Citrus Portfolio DirectorPrinceton NJLakeland FLHybridCL16You are a highly motivated individual who wants to join an International, dynamic and performing team?Within the Global Citrus Team, as the Citrus Portfolio Director you are in charge of building and managing our Citrus ingredient portfolio worldwide, following tonality strategy & SBUs inputs, in collaboration with Creation, Palette management, Operations, Purchasing and R&D and you are the go to & expert to support all Regions and KGAs.

Your key responsibilities Drive Citrus ingredients platform (raw materials produced, tolled and traded), promote continuously (after launch) in palettes / collections with the Regional Collection managers / Portfolio managers Accountable for achieving growth and margin targets.
Monitors and propose appropriate actions.
Collect and create new ingredients attributes, internally and externally, to activate new value proposition from ingredient to consumer Establish new processes to guarantee the physical and virtual availability of the above , together with partners (Planning, RM board, supply chain, formula admin, innovation community, marketing, sales, portfolio management) to maximize access to market and value creation Develop and maintain training tools for Creation, Application, Marketing, Sales Coordinate the production of content with marketing, Subject Matter Experts (creation, application, sales, production)We bring A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers; A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset; A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome; We offer competitive pay, career growth opportunities, and outstanding benefit programsYou bring Master's degree 5 - 10 year's of relevant experience in a senior level role Strong analytical skills and digitally savvy is a must Technical citrus expertise would be a plus Fast learner, collaborate and team player Strong business acumen and problem solving skills#ext Recommended Skills Analytical Commercial Awareness Customer Value Proposition Hardworking And Dedicated Portfolio Management Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
