We care for our employees so they in turn could care for our residents!nnNursing and Management experience required.nnTasks and Responsibilities for Director of Nursing Services and Resident Care includes but is not limited to:nn tDirect, evaluate and supervise all resident care and initiate corrective action as necessaryn tAssess resident care needs and assist in the development of individualized plans of resident caren tNurse Manager to conduct resident care conferencesn tReport problems to the Executive Directorn tConduct daily resident rounds and initiate corrective action as necessaryn tConduct staff meetings with all shiftsn tAssume responsibility for nursing service compliance to federal, state and local regulationsn tDirect allocation of nursing service equipment and suppliesn tSupervision and Schedulingn tConduct interviews and hire nursing service employeesn tCoordinate resident admissions, transfers, and dischargesn tEstablish good public relations with hospital discharge coordinatorsn tConsistently demonstrate responsibility, accountability, and dependabilityn tWork cooperatively with facility administration, nursing personnel, nurse manager, ancillary personnel, all facility departments!nnMust be an RN graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN is preferred but not required. Must have current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.nnNurse Manager experience Required.Required License/Certifications: RNEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
