What You'll Do:
Implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for database management, team calendar, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events and moments campaigns, and referrals Manage the quality of all listing launches and contract to close, including overseeing a virtual professional who completes many of the tasks Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers Continuity of brand awareness and promotion of the team Prepare listing presentations and CMA's Prepare showing tours, offers, and follow up with agents Provide high level service through phone calls and emails to all clients through contract and beyond Run the team's recruiting system, including making initial screening calls to recruits Provide general administrative support to the owner and the agents including opening and distributing mail, answering phones, maintaining supplies, office equipment, and software Prepare all marketing mailings Maintain supplies, office equipment, and software Work with the CEO of the team on a system for auditing and reducing expenses Commit to weekly 1:
1 coaching session and Partner Call Skills You Have:

Qualifications:
New Jersey Real Estate License is required for this role to assist with showings and inspection coverage 1
years in an operations/administrative role 1
years of experience in Real Estate Industry (affiliated services included) High school graduate Other Details:
Compensation is DOE, range from $25-$28/hour We have a Monday to Friday in-house work model, 9 am to 4 pm, with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends We are excited to meet the person that truly believes they could be a match! Job Type:
