We at Dimension Hospitality are seeking a Food & Beverage Analyst that will be remote based with some light travel based on property visits and specialty training.
You will be working and reporting to the VP of Food & Beverage and COO of Dimension Hospitality.
The objective is to envision and create a system in which our various hotel food & beverage outlets across our highly acclaimed hotel portfolio can succeed and thrive.
The goal is to review and maintain food and beverage costs working with our Executive Chefs and Food & Beverage Directors to ensure and monitor fiscal success.
This includes assisting in the preparation and maintenance of all menu items alongside our Executive Chefs and creating beverage recipes with outlet managers and Food & Beverage Directors.
This position will also help with ROI and Proformas and help determine if projects should be approved or dismissed for various ownerships.
This position also includes monitoring product mix reports and analysis to generate information to identify and structure pricing, portion control and menu offerings on all Food & Beverage outlets.
With this information, we will be able to coach our team members in mastering the art of monitoring liquor control measures, analyzing beverage pars and identifying possible areas of food waste.
The supervision and analysis of Food & Beverage inventories data will be used to ensure success and identify discrepancies leading to corrective action is also vital towards our success.
With this information, we will be able to generate month-end reports summarizing Food & Beverage cost of sales figures and identify areas of refinement and share with corporate VP's and the hotels Leadership.
It is the objective of the Food & Beverage analyst to create objectives, monitor performance, and instruct corrective action to ensure success.
This candidate must have at least 3-5 years of similar experience in a complex hotel environment with various outlets and banquet operations.
We are looking for a candidate that has a positive attitude and shows resilience alongside a mastery and expertise with MS Excel spreadsheets, Chef Tec, Oracle, Micros, Avendra and other similar system.
Meticulous attention to detail while being able to communicate with our team of Executive Chefs, Food & Beverage Directors and Hotels Gm's is vital to the success of this position.
