The Delivery Excellence Office at ZS is a central hub responsible for driving Risk, Complliance, Best Practice, and Continuous Improvement initiatives at firm and space level. We are seeking an experienced Data Compliance Manager to drive data compliance best practicies. This role will partner with Legal, GRC, Information Security, Data Partnerships, etc., to go beyond general guidance/advice but focus on strategy, design, and implementation of compliance mechanisms. Responsibilities Work closely with the Data Partnerships team to understand requirements and use cases and implications for compliance Design and implement key Data Compliance processes (extract contractual requirements, develop SOPs, policy documents, lead communications with business teams, etc.) ensuring compliance by design and effective evidence generation Document and maintain a risk & compliance issue register, track remediation efforts for identified issues/risks, etc. Work collaboratively with Data Partnerships and business teams to educate and create awareness of data compliance processes Lead the design and implementation of internal audit standards for protecting data from the organization, its clients, and third parties Create and manage a central information hub for Data Compliance, ensuring content is current and relevant Lead periodic internal data compliance audits, and work with business teams to close any gaps and complete any remediation actions; conduct independent investigations, where required Lead and develop a team of skilled Data Compliance designers and internal auditors including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, etc. Provide regular reports to Data Partnerships leaders and other senior management regarding the health of programs Contribute to Information Security, Privacy, GRC change projects and programs, as required Qualifications BS/BA with record of high academic achievement in any discipline with at least 7 years of professional experience in data compliance, risk management, or internal audit in a large-scale environment Ability to lead and develop a team of direct reports and operate in a matrix environment Strong collaboration skills and ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment Experience in professional services firms Recognized SME in data compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office productivity suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Advanced Excel skills preferred Specialized Skills Experience working with health care/pharma third party data, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, CCPA, etc. preferred Candidates with CIPP/CIPM/CIPT expertise preferred; experience in data analytics and ETL tools a plus ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable. Candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment. $100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Auditing & Compliance, Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
