Senior Clinical Product Manager

Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Based on clinical expertise and experience, develops and executes programs to influence the instrument purchasing cycle inclusive of contracting (GPO, IDNs, etc.) Responsive and proactive global product portfolio communication Brand Management of brand(s) within portfolio Creation and implementation of marketing messaging and programs to align around portfolio strategic objectives Idea generation and preparation of product messaging related to new product/market introductions, sales training programs and key surgeon/key account field visits Drive product sales growth in target categories/accounts Assist instrument sales specialists with key customer presentations Interact w/supply chain to address recognized gaps in portfolio Utilizes clinical expertise and experience to influence strategic product line decisions such as portfolio line extensions and/or line trimming based on evaluating competitors' products for general surgery, minimally invasive, orthopedic, neurosurgery, spine, thoracic, cardiovascular, ophthalmic, gynecology, ENT, etc. Utilizes clinical expertise and experience to influence strategic product line decisions such as portfolio line extensions and/or line trimming based on evaluating competitors' products for general surgery, minimally invasive, orthopedic, neurosurgery, spine, thoracic, cardiovascular, ophthalmic, gynecology, ENT, etc. Develops product-oriented positioning documents, product profiles, competitive analysis, demos, white papers and brochures content for existing and new product launches. Monitors forecasts as necessary and works collaboratively with other departments to ensure product availability throughout the lifecycle of the product. Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with Company policy, and acts as liaison between customer, in-house departments, and regional/district sales management. Attends company regional/national meetings, trade shows and workshops. Performs other duties as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, nursing or science-related field or equivalent work experience 5
years of experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, biological industry, or closely related 4
years of experience in an operative or perioperative setting Ability and experience communicating clinical information. Must have good leadership, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills. Proven strategic planning and implementation capabilities Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills and coaching skills at the employee and management levels Computer skills in Windows, Excel, Power Point & Word 30% average travel requirement. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally and work occasional weekends. Experience getting first-hand customer information and using it for improvements (e.g. KOLs, market research, VOC) Effectively worked with both direct and indirect sales force to achieve financial performance results Implemented elements of brand positioning strategies that resulted in incremental demand for product Strong analytic, technical and conceptual aptitude
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
NursingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
