Director Manufacturing Systems-IS at Firmenich in Princeton, NJ
We have an immediate opportunity for a Director of Manufacturing Systems to join the Global Firmenich IS team based in Princeton, NJ. As part of the Digital Supply Chain IS team, you will lead a team composed of IT/OT Analysts/Leads located in various affiliates across the world responsible to implement and manage IT/OT solutions for Firmenich Operations within the factories. You will act as the primary IS partner covering the run and implement activities, interacting with senior regional and factory based Supply Chain executives around the world. Key
Responsibilities:
o Manage the IS - IT/OT Factory project portfolios by shaping & capturing demands aligned with business stakeholders and priorities o Deliver the IS - IT/OT Factory projects (on time, on budget, on scope, risks managed) together with the factory teams and global IS teams o Through your global team, provide support for defined factory and global solutions, ensure SLAs are met, and relevant Knowledge Base articles are up to date o Through your global team, ensure that the ITIL standards around definition and management of IT/OT assets are maintained and that Asset inventories are up to date o Through your global team, provide general support on other IS solutions used in the factories to promote good security practices and compliant with good IS practices o Provide leadership and development support to the regional IS analysts and contractors, managing workload, priorities and capacity within the team o Contribute to the definition and enforce IS architectural standards (software, infrastructure) together with Engineering, IT Security & Infrastructure o Contribute and be an innovation partner to other IS and business teams with respect Industry 4.0 and other digital initiatives o Provide functional knowledge to support business objectives (technology watch, best practices) pertaining to your domain, propose and document added value IS solutions o Through your global team, be responsible for vendor and software package approval, financials, architecture incl. infrastructure and functional design support Requirements:
o 10
yrs of experience in IS with recent exposure to the factory OT environment o 10
yrs as team manager, previously leading a team of 5
FTEs (internal
external) o 10
yrs experience in manufacturing in a process/batch or other relevant industry sector o Experience in IS IT/OT Support/Run as well as Projects environment o Led several complex IS - IT/OT projects requiring sound technical understanding o Proven track record in the implementation and maintenance of digital manufacturing solutions (IoT, Smart Data, Mobility) We value:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
