Agilex - IT Services Senior Manager at Firmenich in Princeton, NJ
KEY RESPOSIBILITY:
o Gathers and Analyses Production Data to Identify Process Optimization Opportunities in Manufacturing through Process Automation o Develops Process Automation & Project Management Documentation Standards o Defines Requirements, Deliverables and Responsibilities for Process Automation in CAPEX & OPEX Projects as it pertains to operations o Develops Process Control Training Standards and Change Management for Plant Operation Personnel o Assists in Development and Implementation of Cyber Security Standards for Process Control Networks o Assists in the Development of MES Integration with the Process Control Networks and Process Data Collection Systems o Develops RFPs for Process Control System Components as it Pertains to Network Integration/Communication, Particularly in the areas of Control System Integrity and Remote Connectivity Requirements:
o Networking principles, protocols, selection, design, hardware, wiring (including fiberoptics), routers, switches, firewalls o Databases (SQL, Oracle) o Programming languages (Visual Basic, Excel) o Cyber security principles and implementation o Support, maintenance, and backups o Loop Tuning - Field Instrument (temp breathing instrument) - wired to a control system and when you finish making sure that the loop is closed (making sure the signal is coming through the loop system) 10 - 20% or -20 - 1mil degree o Batch principles, design, and configuration o Alarm Management o Configuration of fieldbuses (FF, AS-i, Profibus, Device net) We value:

Word, Excel and standard MS office software. o Strong Manufacturing Practices (GMP). o Education:
Bachelors Degree Preferred or 5 years of relevant experience around Automation and Data Analytics. We offer:

$80K -- $100K
