The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager reports to the Director Talent Acquisition North America and will be accountable for full recruitment life cycle management of assigned requisitions.
Responsibilities:
o Lead intake discussion and recruitment strategy development with hiring manager o Establish clear expectations and SLAs o Execute against sourcing strategy leveraging available resources as well as generating ideas for alternative sourcing channels to ensure a diverse candidate slate o Screen all applicant resumes against job requirements and submit relevant candidates to hiring manager for further review o Conduct initial phone or video interview for shortlisted candidates and share feedback with hiring manager o Coordinate stakeholder interview process with selected interview panel and manage candidate debrief discussions o Develop offer proposals for selected candidates and extend verbal offers We Value:

o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related discipline required. o At least 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition managing full recruiting life cycle
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
