We are searching for a Supervisor/Manager of LAN WAN
Support the most complex design and support issues of all network components including Windows Servers, workstations and printers. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware or software issues and problems. Ability to evaluate, select and purchase new hardware.
Supervise a staff of Windows and network technicians. Delegate projects, task, manage priorities, and conduct staff meetings. Be involved in hiring decisions, disciplinary actions, mentoring and coaching of staff, and conduct annual performance reviews.
Support of applications including Windows workstations, MS-Office, and Exchange E-mail.
Support, maintain and modify Microsoft Active Directory and GPO maintenance.
Manage projects to select, design, configure and roll out software and hardware on a regional or global level.
Ability to write, debug and maintain scripts that automate routine functions.
Support the ESX server farm, building VMware ESXi servers, virtual machines, and managing VCenter.
Support and operation of the NetApp SANs.
Support mobile users and devices including but not limited to smart phones, laptops, and tablet devices.
Support remote connectivity to the corporate network.
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience including 3 or more years in a supervisory role
Bachelor's degree required
Certifications in Cisco networking, Microsoft Server and Workstation OS, and/or VMware ESX preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
Advanced technical knowledge of TCP/IP (and related tools and concepts), operating systems, and standards, including the latest versions of Windows Server, Windows Workstation.
Considerable knowledge of supervisory techniques.
Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including workstations, desktops, switches router and peripherals.
Thorough experience with Microsoft AD, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, IIS, and Office products and how they are designed and supported in a large enterprise environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
