Our client is a Global Pharmaceutical and Healthcare company with over 90,000 employees in 130 countries. We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead a Global Business Unit across all functions of HR. This position requires someone with senior level HR experience with large companies doing strategic and operational work.
As a member of the leadership team, you will manage the delivery of HR services, serve as the primary strategic partner developing HR strategies and develop the resulting HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience.
Primary Job Function:
The Director of HR develops, leads and manages the delivery of HR services across all functions ( Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D, Quality and support functions) for a fully integrated global division with a revenue of over $400million. The POC business is a growing division of the company with aggressive expansion targets outside the US.

Responsibilities:
Ensures the effective delivery of HR services across multiple locations and functions.
Consults with managers to develop, evaluate and execute HR strategies.
Responsible for the development and leadership of HR staff.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Position Accountability / Scope:
Provides Business Human Resources support to the Division Vice President and her staff. Accountable for talent acquisition, organizational design, HR strategy, employee relations, learning and development, compensation management and HR Communication. Additionally, role is critical to developing and executing business strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Advanced degree preferred.
Eight to ten years progressive relevant experience in HR.
HR experience across multiple organizations/sites preferred.
Prior supervisory/leadership experience with multiple levels of professionals desired.
Some International experience preferred. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
